The first three months I was very lucky to only have a few pregnancy symptoms. I was very tired and felt more exhausted than I had ever felt in my life. I truly slept more and definitely took more naps than usual. There were times where I was feeling some nausea, but I was fortunate and never got "sick." I did not experience any weird cravings or was not turned off to my normal foods. I ate pretty normal, except for the few days in the beginning where I literally lived on crackers and baked potatoes for two days. I have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, which thankfully I love to eat anyways. There are some days where I feel like I am snacking about every 2 hours and I have even woke up in the middle of the night hungry, so Brian will get me a snack at like 3 a.m! What a nice husband! Now that I am almost to my second trimester, I have been feeling a lot more energized. I have been feeling great and feel pretty much back to normal, except for my expanding belly. I am back to walking, lifting weights and I have started to do prenatal yoga. I hope my energy keeps up and I keep feeling well throughout the next couple months!
